At Triumvirate Museum Consulting our goal is to create engaging narratives and exhibits for museums, historical homes, and visitors' centers. We offer creative solutions to ensure that your site is properly dedicated to the past, while looking to the future.
Patrick F. Ryan, Founder

Born and raised in Western New York, Patrick received his MA in History with a focus on 19th century American Politics and Slavery from Buffalo State University. From there, his professional career in history began.

Over the last decade Patrick has served in roles such as curator, historian, and exhibition designer at numerous historic sites and museums including: Ashland the Henry Clay Estate, the Richardson Olmsted Campus, the Lipsey Architecture Center Buffalo, the Buffalo History Museum, and the Buffalo Presidential Center. Outside of his work at traditional museums, Patrick is a Professor of African American Studies at Hilbert College.

Across these various roles, Patrick has become an expert in historical research, curation, programming, exhibition, and museum coordination.
